Instructions
Cook the frozen falafels according to package instructions. (I air-fried mine at 400°F for 10 minutes.)
In a small bowl, add smoked paprika to the 250 grams tub of hummus and mix well.
Once the falafels are ready, take them out and set aside.
Lay the pita bread flat and spread 2 tbsp of hummus over it.
Break the falafels into chunks and place them on top.
Add coleslaw, pickled turnips, and crispy fried onions.
Drizzle with spicy chipotle mayo.
Roll the wrap tightly and heat it on a grill pan.
Slice in half and enjoy!

Notes
For this recipe, I use high-quality frozen falafels from Costco. The fresh hummus, coleslaw, and pita bread all come from my local favourite mediterranean shop here in Calgary called Jerusalem Shawarma.
You can swap pita with a tortilla or lavash if preferred.
You can also add fresh greens like lettuce for extra crunch.
