Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients
3 bread slices
Oil spray
3 tbsp marinara sauce
¾ tsp tomato ketchup
¼ cup bell pepper, roughly chopped
¼ cup onion, roughly chopped
⅓ cup paneer, cut into small cubes
¾ tsp achaar masala
Fresh mozzarella cheese, as per preference
Salt, as per taste
Chilli flakes and chaat masala, for garnish

Instructions
Sauté the onions and bell peppers for 2 minutes. Season with salt and add finely chopped cilantro. Set aside.
Spray the paneer cubes with oil and toss them with achaar masala. Set aside.
Spray one side of each bread slice with oil and flip them over.
Spread 1 tbsp marinara sauce and ¼ tsp ketchup on the un-oiled side of each bread slice.
Layer with as much fresh mozzarella cheese as you like. If using fresh mozzarella, salt the cheese lightly.
Evenly distribute the sautéed veggies over the bread slices, followed by the paneer cubes.
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 7 minutes. Alternatively, cook in a covered pan on low heat until the cheese melts. Note: Air frying crisps the bread bottom but won’t brown it.
Garnish with chilli flakes and chaat masala before serving.

Notes
Using fresh mozzarella gives a creamy texture, but you can substitute with shredded mozzarella or any melting cheese.
For a crispier crust without air fryer, toast the bread lightly before assembling.
Adjust the amount of achaar masala to control the spice level of the paneer.
You can add other toppings like olives, mushrooms, or corn to customize your pizzas.
If using a pan, cover it while cooking to help the cheese melt evenly.
