INGREDIENTS

*Serves 2 people*

▶Puffed Quinoa- 1 ½ cups

▶Onions, diced- ¼ cup

▶Cucumber, diced- 1/3 cup

▶Oil spray

▶Chaat masala- 1tsp

▶Kashmiri red chilli powder- ¾ tsp

▶ Pink salt- ½ tsp

▶Crushed black pepper- as per taste

▶ Cilantro- 1tbsp

▶Lemon juice- ½ tsp

RECIPE


  1. Take a large pan and put it on medium heat. Once the pan is hot, add the puffed quinoa.

  2. Toast it for 5-6 minutes while constantly mixing it.

  3. Once it is toasted, reduce the heat to low and spray generously with an oil spray of your choice. Oil spray would help the spices stick. I used avocado oil spray.

  4. After the oil spray, add chaat masala and Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix everything well till the quinoa is perfectly quoted with the spices.

  5. Keep it aside in a wide plate and let it cool down. Once it is cooled down, add the onions, cucumbers, cilantro, add pink salt, black pepper and lemon juice and mix everything well. You are ready to serve!
